Thank you for choosing to shop with us at Arte! We are a small company passionate about creating natural, handmade products for you and your home. By ordering from our web shop ArteStore.co, you accept these terms. We want shopping with us to be as easy and pleasant as lighting one of our candles.

Prices and Payment

All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices if necessary, but of course, the price you see at the time of order is the one that applies. Payment is made conveniently and securely via our payment providers such as Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and PayPal, so you can feel completely safe when shopping with us.

Artisan Manufacturing

We manufacture all our products by hand, with love and great care. Because of this, small variations in color, shape, and scent may occur – which is part of the charm of handmade products. We hope you will appreciate the uniqueness of each individual product!

Order and Confirmation

When you have placed your order, we will send a confirmation to the email address you provided. This confirms that we have received your order and begin the process of packing your products. If anything is unclear or if the product is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. We work on a small scale and close to our customers, so you can always count on personal service.

Delivery and Shipping

We currently only deliver within Sweden and use PostNord to ensure your products arrive safely. Shipping cost is 80 kr, and delivery time is normally 2-5 working days. Sometimes when we are very busy, or if you have made a pre-order, delivery may take a little longer, but we work as quickly as possible and keep you updated along the way.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

We hope you will love your products, but if you change your mind, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. The items need to be unopened and in the same condition as when you received them. If you want to make a return, contact us first at hello[at]artestore.co, and we will help you through the process. Please note that candles and scented products cannot be returned if they have been lit or are not in unused condition.

Complaints

If you discover a problem with your product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello[at]artestore.co, and we will be happy to help you. We are a small team that personally handles each case. If the error is due to manufacturing or delivery, we will make sure to rectify it by offering a replacement product or a refund. If the damage is caused by incorrect use or external factors beyond our control, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility, but we always try to help in the best way possible.

Personal Data

We handle your personal data with the same care we put into our products. We only use them to manage your order and improve your experience. Read more about how we protect your data in our privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

We always strive to deliver our products as quickly and smoothly as possible, but sometimes things can happen that are beyond our control (such as natural phenomena, delays from transport companies, or problems with raw material deliveries). We do our best to keep you informed and resolve any problems that may arise.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website – from images to texts – is created by us and protected by copyright. We are happy if you like our material and want to share it further, but please do not use it without our permission and reference.

Changes to the Terms

As we are a small company that is growing and developing, we may sometimes need to update our terms. We will inform you of any changes on the website, and they will apply from the date of publication.
