These terms cover our in‑person candle workshops (Malmö unless stated). By booking a seat you accept the terms below.

Short version

• Seats are non‑refundable.
• You can reschedule up to 48 hours before start (subject to availability) or transfer your seat to someone else anytime.
• If we cancel (e.g. minimum 4 seats not met or events beyond our control), you can choose a new date.

Your options

• Reschedule up to 48 h before start, subject to available dates (email us).
• Transfer your seat to another person anytime—just send us their name and email so we know what’s up.
• No‑show / <48 h: no reschedule or refund.

Our side

• Minimum attendance: We need 4 seats to run a session. If not met 72 h before start, we may move the date. Recommended age 16+; 12–15 with a guardian.
• If we cancel or must move the date (illness, power cut, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, etc.), we’ll rebook you and pick a new date. We’re not responsible for extra costs like travel or accommodation.

On the day

• Arrival: Please come 5-10 min early so we can start the introduction and set‑up promptly.
• Late arrivals: >15 min late without prior notice may be refused participation for group flow and safety reasons (no refund).
• Health & sensitivities: We use fragrances (essential oils/perfume blends) and hot soy wax. Tell us in advance about allergies, asthma, pregnancy or scent sensitivity so we can guide you. SDS available on request. Participation is at your own responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any injury or damage. Wear clothes that can handle a splash.
• Safety basics: No open flames. Follow host instructions on temperature, equipment and spills.

What’s included

All tools and materials needed, hands‑on guidance, labels/packaging as described. Cure time: your candle should set for ~48 h before moving and can be picked up after that. Like a fine wine or cheese, it also needs to cure about two weeks before first burn. This gives the scent enough time to really mature and show its best side (you’ll get a care card).

Care of venue & liability

Please treat the studio and equipment with care. We’re not responsible for lost/damaged personal items. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the seat fee paid (except where mandatory law says otherwise).

Photos & privacy

We only take photos of participants with consent (totally optional; you can withdraw it). We process your details only to manage the booking and send reminders—see our Privacy & Cookie Policy for more.

If something goes wrong

Tell us asap and we’ll try to fix it. If we can’t agree, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU ODR platform. We follow ARN’s recommendations. Swedish law applies.
